Social Enterprise Ethos
GK Partners is an independent limited company guided by a social enterprise and corporate responsibility ethos. We provide high quality professional services at competitive market rates. Our profits are used as subsidies for pro bono business support and assistance to charities, voluntary organisations, community groups, social enterprises, support organisations and other socially beneficial ventures and activities. GK Partners also supports its personnel who volunteer for a wide range of public, charity and community services. The pro bono activities of our business advisers includes the following:

Pro Bono Service:
In the two financial years 2004 to 2006, GK Partners delivered over 150 days of pro bono work and support to over 20 beneficiaries, including social entrepreneurs, international development projects and the UK social enterprise support sector. -
Internships & Mentoring:
GK Partners worked with and supported University students as business interns through the Shell STEP scheme, co-ordinated by University of East London. GK Partners provides informal mentoring to business advisers seeking experience in the social and community enterprise sector, and to young professionals seeking experience in international development. -
Public Service & Volunteering:
GK Partners Directors and Associates undertake voluntary duties as trustees and advisers to public bodies, NGOs and charities. The main public and community services of the principal directors are given below.

(Director) is a:Member of the London Social Economy Task Force (appointment by London Development Agency), Member of LA Connect (social enterprise advisory body for London municipal authorities/boroughs), Member of Stratford City, Lee Valley and Olympic 2012 Steering Group (with regard to social enterprise and corporate social responsibility).
Gibril Faal
(Director) is a:Magistrate and Justice of the Peace (appointed by the Lord Chancellor to perform a public function), Trustee of the Edward Lear Foundation (a disability arts organisation), Chairman of the African Foundation for Development [AFFORD] (charity working to improve Diaspora and migrant contributions to international development).
